Rochelle maintains a broad labour and employment practice. She advises and represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law, including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissals, contract drafting, occupational health and safety, and human rights.

Rochelle graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, she served as a research assistant, helping to develop an Indigenous Experiential Legal Clinic and worked as a student caseworker at a community legal clinic. Rochelle was also an active member of Osgoode’s community leading various equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives as a co-chair of Osgoode’s Equity Roundtable and an executive member of the Black Law Students’ Association, Osgoode Chapter. Prior to attending law school, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University.

Rochelle joined Shields O’Donnell MacKillop LLP after articling at a national firm where she gained valuable labour and employment experience. In her spare time, Rochelle enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and trying new restaurants.
