Charlie is a labour and employment lawyer who provides practical legal advice to a broad range of employers. Charlie provides support on a wide array of issues including wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, Employment Standards complaints, Occupational Health and Safety matters and policy and contract review.

Charlie joined Shields O’Donnell Mackillop LLP in 2025 as an associate after working at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto.

Charlie received his law degree from the University of Leicester (UK). Prior to attending law school, Charlie completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Toronto.

Charlie is an accomplished athlete and enjoys travelling, playing tennis, and the gym.
