Amelia earned her Juris Doctor from Western University. Before law school, she graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University with an Honours degree in Labour Studies, where she developed a strong interest in labour and employment law.

Amelia joined Shields O’Donnell MacKillop LLP in 2026 after completing her summer and articling terms at a boutique management side labour and employment law firm. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs.
