Domenica is a summer law student and is currently attending Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. She is interested in a variety of practice areas, such as wrongful dismissal, labour arbitration, and employment standards.
Prior to law school, Domenica obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English and History from the University of Toronto. She went on to complete her Master of Arts in English at the same university, focusing on 18th century and Restoration literature.
During her studies at Queen’s Law, she works as a Teaching Assistant for a Queen’s undergraduate law course and is the Emcee for the school’s major fundraising events such as Lalawpalooza and Cabaret for a Cure. During her second year, she worked on the Orientation Committee for the incoming first year class as Co-Events Coordinator, and was awarded second place in the Walsh Family Negotiations 2018 Moot Competition.
Throughout her education, Domenica has worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and pool manager, and still maintains her Aquatic certifications. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, swimming, knitting, and trying new restaurants.
